On Monday, February 1st, from 7:30 to 9:30pm, there will be a Troegs Beer an Oyster Dinner at Hank’s Oyster bar, on 1026 King Street in Alexandria VA.
Description 5 Courses – 5 Beers. $65 plus tax/gratuity.
First Course: Kegotank, VA Oysters on the Half Shell Troegs Pale Ale.
Second Course: Oysters “Alexandria” Dragon Creek, VA Oysters w/ “Rugged Trail” Sabayon, Baby Spinach and Smoked Bacon Troegs Rugged Trail Ale.
Third Course: Oysters Milanese Breaded oysters on a Bed of Baby Arugula Troegs HopBack Amber Ale. Fourth Course: Pork and Oyster Roulade Duroc Pork stuffed with Oysters & Prosciutto w/ a Plum Gastric Troegs Troegenator Double Bock.
Dessert: Banana Hazelnut Crepe Troegs Dream Weaver Wheat.
